These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Regenercrate Art Store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Custom-Made Products
Container Vinyl Art is made to order. Customers select a size range and provide or approve artwork before production.
Because these products are custom produced, they are not treated the same as ordinary stocked retail merchandise.
Artwork Review and Approval
Customer-supplied artwork is reviewed for suitability before production.
When required, Regenercrate will provide a mockup showing the proposed artwork, size, shape, and general appearance.
Production will not begin until the required artwork and mockup have been approved.
Customer approval confirms acceptance of:
- the selected image or artwork
- finished size
- general shape and contour
- layout and orientation
- overall appearance shown in the mockup
Minor differences may occur between a digital mockup and the finished physical product because of printing, cutting, materials, screen display, and normal production tolerances.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any photograph, artwork, logo, design, or other image submitted for production.
By submitting artwork, the customer represents that its use does not violate another party’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
Regenercrate reserves the right to decline artwork that is unsuitable for production or does not meet our artwork standards.
Mounted Container Vinyl Art
Mounted Container Vinyl Art is professionally applied to rigid polycarbonate before shipment.
Available size ranges are:
- Small: up to 8″ × 8″
- Medium: up to 14″ × 14″
- Large: up to 20″ × 20″
- Extra Large: up to 24″ × 24″
The exact finished dimensions may vary according to the proportions and outside contour of the approved artwork.
Magnets
Magnets are not included or attached to shipped Container Vinyl Art.
Customers are responsible for purchasing and attaching suitable magnets after delivery using the instructions provided by Regenercrate.
Regenercrate is not responsible for damage caused by improper magnet selection, improper adhesive use, insufficient curing time, or improper installation.
Vinyl-Only Artwork
Vinyl-only artwork is not sold under the standard fixed-price mounted-art options.
Vinyl-only projects are individually quoted based on the image, size, printing, cutting, and production requirements.
An approved quote is required before production begins.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before final artwork approval and before production begins.
Once the customer approves the final mockup and production has begun, custom-made products cannot be cancelled simply because the customer changes their mind or decides they no longer want the item.
Refunds
Custom-made products are generally not returnable after production unless the item:
- arrives damaged, or
- materially differs from the approved order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Damage or an incorrect order must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.
Customers should provide:
- name
- order number
- photographs of the item
- photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved
Do not discard packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate resolution may include replacement, repair, or refund.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Regenercrate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery.
Product Appearance
Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and tablets may vary from the appearance of the finished printed product.
Minor differences in trimming, contour, dimensions, color, or appearance caused by normal production processes are not considered defects.
Outdoor Use and Care
Container Vinyl Art is intended for exterior display when used as directed.
Outdoor exposure, including sunlight, heat, moisture, wind, dirt, and other environmental conditions, can affect the appearance and useful life of materials over time.
Customers are responsible for following the care, mounting, and storage recommendations provided in the Container Vinyl Guide.
Pricing
Prices displayed in the store apply to the products and size ranges shown.
Custom artwork, vinyl-only projects, special groupings, unusual production requirements, or requests outside the standard options may require a separate quote.
Refusal or Cancellation of an Order
Regenercrate reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when:
- submitted artwork cannot be produced satisfactorily
- the requested work falls outside our production capabilities
- required customer approval cannot be obtained
- pricing or product information contains an obvious error
- the order violates our artwork standards
If Regenercrate cancels an order before production for one of these reasons, amounts paid for the cancelled product will be refunded.
